Nutrition and Herbs

Nutrition is the cornerstone of your wellness. When the physical body is not strong and healthy then

the mind and spirit or emotions can become imbalanced. Many physical or emotional symptoms can

be corrected with diet alone. When the body has been out of balance for too long then herbs can

often be used to achieve a greater state of wellness. As part of your session dietary suggestions

will be made in order to use food as medicine. When needed, the use of herbs or dietary

supplements will be encouraged.

 

Herbal options include loose Chinese herbal formulas to make as teas or Chinese herbal

capsules. Stefanie also has western herb knowledge, including southwestern plants and

can give suggestions for their use.

 

Many herbs are found in the kitchen and in the backyard. These herbs can be used in larger

quantity to treat many symptoms. Finding the easiest way for you to treat yourself at home
